Keppel Capital has two private fund management arms – Alpha Investment Partners (Alpha) and Keppel Capital Alternative Asset (KCAA).  

Alpha is a private fund investment manager and seeks to add value for investors by constantly seeking innovative solutions throughout its investment process. Its private funds are invested in different asset classes including real estate and data centres, and across investment strategies ranging from core, core-plus, value-add to opportunistic. Its flagship Alpha Asia Macro Trends Funds series focuses on value-add investments in the Asia Pacific region across all key real estate classes.

Since 2004, Alpha has executed on more than 160 transactions across key gateway cities with gross acquisition value of more than USD 20 billion. Alpha also manages the Alpha Real Estate Securities Fund, an open-ended fund that invests in listed REITs and real estate securities predominantly in Asia. Alpha has an institutional investor base comprising renowned pension plans, financial institutions, fund of funds, insurance companies, endowments and family offices spanning Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.

KCAA was incepted in 2019 with the focus to establish, offer and manage new private funds investing in alternative asset classes which includes senior living, education and all types of infrastructure. KCAA will also engage in different stages of asset management including developing, operating, maintaining, upgrading and divesting the relevant assets acquired.
